Welcome to the Royersford Fire Department Montgomery County Pennsylvania Station 98. We currently operate out of two stations. Station 98A is the Humane Fire Station, located at 301 Walnut Street in Royersford. Station 98B is the Friendship Fire Station located at 269 Green Street in Royersford. Our non-emergency phone number is (610) 948-6234, in an emergency please dial 911. We currently operate three primary fire fighting apparatus, two support vehicles and four Advanced Life Support Ambulances. We provide primary fire response coverage to the citizens of Royersford Borough and a section of Upper Providence Township. Our ambulance service provides primary care to the residence of Royersford Borough and Spring City Borough they also cover sections of Limerick Township, Upper Providence Township, and East Vincent Township.

At 0707hrs this morning Rescue 98 and Rescue 63 were dispatched to a vehicle accident with injuries at 2nd and Arch st. Crews secured the battery from the vehicle and were on scene for 45 minutes and released. The accident is being investigated by the Royersford Police Department.

Yesterday at 1830hrs the RFD was dispatched to a building fire at Beans Lumber on 2nd Ave in Upper Providence. Chief 98 arrived on scene and confirmed the report with heavy fire.
