A two vehicle accident closed Main Street around 5th Avenue in Royersford this afternoon as a light mist fell. The head on collision brought units from RFD's Fire & EMS Divisions along with Liberty Fire Company and Royersford Borough Police Department. One occupant was transported to the care of Reading Hospital as a precaution for trauma services. The roadway was cleared and all roads opened before the closures affected school dismissals and bus routes.
